The paintings of the series are an attempt to convey the fragility of the boundaries between the visible and the hidden, the feeling of an unknowable life emerging through familiar images. On the one hand, rust on metal is traces of time. On the other hand, her drawing consists of many elusive details, like the smallest cosmic particles. The use of rusty metal becomes a metaphor for space-time of space.
